macOS & Parallels user?

If You’re using SolidWorks on a Mac through Parallels, enabling the hardware acceleration improves the display performance.

Never hand out the Student Access Serial Number to anybody else! We have just a limited amount of activations within our package, which all share the same Student Access Serial Number. If we are over that limit I have to ask to lock it, and get a new one.
